- You can enjoy free shipping for orders above ₹999. Shipping charges are fixed at ₹80 for orders of ₹999 below.
- Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and once order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days to deliver, depending on your location. International shipping may take longer. Please note - order to J&K, military addresses, rural addresses require two or more additional days to deliver. The delivery time may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- We do not accept returns unless your purchased item is defective provided you have unboxing video to verify damage on product.
- Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We'll provide further instructions.
- Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service for resolution. All products are tested before packing and processing, but they may get damaged while in transit hence it is advisable to have an unboxing video of the delivery.
